Featuring ceramic works created during Azadeh Mehryar’s residency at PoMoArts, Odyssey of the Rooted Self is a voyage of self-exploration, revealing the complexities of identity reconstruction after migrating to a new country.

Kacey Hughes’ Post Anthropocene presents an imaginative museum of the future, envisioning our contemporary world as if unearthed and examined through the lens of ancient anthropological artifacts.

Home and Away | Надалеч и вкъщи explores imagined cityscapes and natural forms, reflecting Iva Staykova’s experience between two cultures. The title inverts “Home and Away” into Bulgarian “Надалеч и вкъщи” (Away and at Home), acting as a conceptual mirror of in-betweenness present throughout the works.

Each artist explores the crucial balance between humanity and the environment, the need for interconnectedness, resilience, and active engagement in response to the crises of our time. From challenging societal systems to envisioning ecological harmony, the artists invite viewers to reflect on a path towards a future of symbiosis and restoration.
