Students will spend the day creating and exploring entire worlds full of interesting characters like monsters, mermaids, and whatever else you can imagine. For half the day, the mixed media projects could involve tie dying, beading, or painting! Each afternoon, campers will create their own 3D diorama based on the weekly theme! This is a time to make new friends and learn about storytelling through art. All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.

The theme is Magical Mayhem which means campers will be entering in the realm of magic where the witches, wizards, and magical creatures live. Campers will explore magical themes while working with the tactile medium of Oven-Baked Clay followed by fueling your creativity with Mixed Media. All taught by instuctor Dasha Berezhnova. We're swimming, swiiming, swimming all the way to our Paint and Dance camp! In the morning, campers will create works with Air-Dry Clay with Sarah and, in the afternoon, they will be Painting with Homa. All projects will have a space focus. Is a 3pm pick-up too soon? This summer we are introducing After-Camp Care!
This program runs from 3pm - 5pm to help those busy families that need an extra hour or two. This is not a continuation of camp activities; this is reflective, wind-down time that will include mellow activities like journalling, independent art time, and viewing of educational media.

Our Teen Art Intensives provide the time and space to truly master a medium. Each week-long program focuses on a singular discipline, allowing for an immersive experience that traditional classes can't match. Through guided demos, collaborative projects, and individual critiques, you’ll leave with a refined skillset and a body of work you’re proud to showcase.

Embark on an unforgettable cinematic journey with our Filmmaking Bootcamp designed exclusively for teenagers passionate about storytelling and visual arts!
Join a dynamic and immersive experience where creativity knows no bounds. Led by CloseUp Film Festival, expert instructors will guide participants through the entire filmmaking process – from scriptwriting and pre-production to shooting and post-production. With hands-on activities, practical exercises, and collaborative projects, teens will develop essential skills in cinematography, editing, sound design, and more.
This isn't just a bootcamp; it's a launchpad for aspiring filmmakers to explore their talents, build a portfolio, and forge lasting connections with like-minded peers. Supplies: Students must have their own laptops for editing. If needed, video cameras will be provided but students can bring their own for individual use. Other supplies and materials will be provided.
Explore the art and craft of clay in this week-long, 3-hour-per-day hybrid handbuilding and wheel-throwing program designed for teens. Each day, participants rotate between handbuilding projects—including coil pots, slab tiles, and sculptural forms—and wheel throwing, learning to center, pull walls, and shape bowls, cylinders, and mugs. Off-wheel stations provide opportunities to refine techniques, experiment with textures, and sketch design ideas.
Campers personalize their creations with handles, lids, attachments, and decorative carving, developing technical skills, creative problem-solving, and personal style in a supportive studio environment. Guided demos, group discussions, and reflection periods help teens track their progress and share inspiration. By the end of the summer, participants will have a collection of finished, fired, and glazed pieces.
This intensive is for teens looking to dive into the art of Drawing! Every afternoon, you will learn basic techniques through various drawing exercises. At the end of the week, you will leave with new skills and incredible artworks! This is a great way to share your interest in drawing with your peers and learn someething new!
