Summer Full-Day Camps
Summer full-day art camps provide an immersive, creative environment where young artists can dive deep into their imagination from morning until late afternoon. The camps offer the time and space needed for complex projects and true skill development.
Fun Arts with Gayle (5-8 Yrs)
Come join Gayle for a day full of fun in the art studio! Students will spend the day creating and exploring entire worlds full of interesting characters like monsters, mermaids, and whatever else you can imagine. For half the day, the mixed media projects could involve tie dying, beading, or painting! Each afternoon, campers will create their own 3D diorama based on the weekly theme! This is a time to make new friends and learn about storytelling through art. All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.
Creative Clay Arts: Mud & Magic (6-9 Yrs)
Get ready to squish, shape, and create with clay in this full-day, week-long adventure! Campers will explore hand-building techniques like pinch pots, slabs, and coil forms to make both practical and imaginative pieces. They’ll add fun textures, patterns, and simple carvings to personalize their work while building confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Each day, kids develop and refine their projects in a supportive, hands-on studio environment. All creations are professionally glazed and fired by our studio staff, and will be ready for pickup after the summer ends.
Flower Power: Cartoons & Watercolour (9-12 Yrs)
Let's get groovy with PoMoArts! This camp will bring stellar energy throughout the week by exploring Cartoons with Suze in the mornings and Watercolour with Sarah in the afternoons. The week will focus on the theme of Flower Power bringing bright and bold colours to the start of summer! All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.
Magical Mayhem: Oven-Baked Clay & Mixed Media (5-8 Yrs)
Embark on a magical journey with our Oven-Baked Clay and Mixed Media camp! The theme is Magical Mayhem which means campers will be entering in the realm of magic where the witches, wizards, and magical creatures live. Campers will explore magical themes while working with the tactile medium of Oven-Baked Clay followed by fueling your creativity with Mixed Media. All taught by instuctor Dasha Berezhnova. All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.

Campers explore a variety of hand-building techniques, including pinch pots, slabs, and coil forms, and try their hand at wheel throwing, learning the basics of centering, shaping, and creating cups or bowls. They’ll personalize their creations with textures, carving, and decorative finishes while building confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills. We're swimming, swiiming, swimming all the way to our Paint and Dance camp! This camp theme is Under the Sea where campers will experience painting in the morning with Sarah and Dancing away with Rise Arts Co. What can you spot under the sea? I see.. a seahorse, coral, lots and lots of fish, and a group of amazing art campers! All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.
Enchanted Forest: Clay & Drama (6-9 Yrs)
What is that you see ahead? Oh, an Enchanted Forest! This camp is for those who see a forest and imagine a whole world within it. The days will start with Clay, taught by Valerie, and will end with Drama, taught by Jamie. All activities will focus on the Enchanted Forest theme, bringing together fantasy, magic, and fairy tales! All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.
Creative Digital Art (9-12 Yrs)
Explore the features of media editing, typography and photo editing! Unleash your creativity and discover the magic of merging art with technology. This is an exciting path of digital expression and art innovation hosted by Kids Innovative. Students must bring their own tablet or laptop. All other supplies are included. Rhyming in Colour: Pastels & Poetry (9-12 Yrs)
Join us for our Pastels and Poetry camp! In the mornings, campers will learn new skills and create Pastel artworks with Matin. In the afternoon, they will learn about writing poetry with Sean. This camp is the best of multiple worlds as campers explore both visual and literary arts! All supplies included. Scratch Coding: Video Sensing (9-12 Yrs)
Use a video camera to detect motion and colour, allowing students to control digital animations with real-world objects. This bridges the physical and digital worlds, inspiring creative stories and interactive games! This camp is hosted by Kids Innovative. Students must bring their own tablet or laptop. Bugs & Butterflies: Drama & Paint (5-8 Yrs)
Bzzzzz.. Bzzzz.. Your fellow bugs and butterflies are here! This camp will lead with Drama with Jamie in the morning, followed by Paint with Sarah in the afternoon. The whole week will center around the theme of Bugs and Butterflies whether that's painting them or playing one! Don't worry, no real bugs or butterflies will be involved in camp. Space is the Place: Air-Dry Clay & Paint (5-8 Yrs)
Astronauts.. Stars.. Planets.. The Milky Way! This camp will explore all things Space. In the morning, campers will create works with Air-Dry Clay with Sarah and, in the afternoon, they will be Painting with Homa. All projects will have a space focus. Just like space, the fun will be infinite! All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.
Scratch Coding: Face Sensing AI (9-12 Yrs)
Create interactive projects in Scratch using face-sensing AI. Students use their built-in camera to detect facial movements and expressions, then code games and animations that respond in real time while learning core Scratch coding concepts. This camp is taught by Kids Innovative. Students must bring their own tablet or laptop. All other supplies are included. Around the World: Mixed Media & Crochet (9-12 Yrs)
here is a whole wide world to appreciate! This camp will focus on the Around the World theme through Mixed Media and Crochet. Matin will lead the morning activity that will include using paper, paint, magazines, fabrics, and more to create a project that will open your eyes to the wonders of the world! In the afternoon, Dasha will teach campers basic crochet techniques - by end the week, they will have a brand new fibre arts creation! All supplies included. Students should wear comfortable clothes that can get a little messy and bring weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play.

They’ll personalize their projects with textures, patterns, and simple carvings while building confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills. In a supportive and hands-on studio environment, kids develop and refine their creations each day. All creations are professionally glazed and fired by our studio staff, and will be ready for pickup after the summer ends.
Little Luminaries: Candle & Scent Camp (9-12 Yrs)
Spend a week exploring the art of candle making in this fun, creative half-day camp. Each day, campers design a new project, experimenting with color layering, scent blending, decorative finishes, and themed designs—from rainbow jars to dessert- and nature-inspired candles. Campers also make their own scented air freshener, learning how fragrance, color, and simple design techniques create unique results. Throughout the week, they discover the basics of wax, how scent and color interact, and essential studio practices.
Safety is our priority. Under close instructor supervision, campers learn about wax, scent, color, and safe studio practices. In a supportive, hands-on environment, they build confidence, develop their creative style, and finish the week with all projects ready for pickup.

After Camp Care
Is a 3pm pick-up too soon? This summer we are introducing After-Camp Care!
This program runs from 3pm - 5pm to help those busy families that need an extra hour or two. This is not a continuation of camp activities; this is reflective, wind-down time that will include mellow activities like journalling, independent art time, and viewing of educational media.
Teen Art Intensives
Our Teen Art Intensives provide the time and space to truly master a medium. Each week-long program focuses on a singular discipline, allowing for an immersive experience that traditional classes can't match. Through guided demos, collaborative projects, and individual critiques, you’ll leave with a refined skillset and a body of work you’re proud to showcase.
Teen Intensive: Filmmaking Bootcamp (13-17 Yrs)
Embark on an unforgettable cinematic journey with our Filmmaking Bootcamp designed exclusively for teenagers passionate about storytelling and visual arts!
Join a dynamic and immersive experience where creativity knows no bounds. Led by CloseUp Film Festival, expert instructors will guide participants through the entire filmmaking process – from scriptwriting and pre-production to shooting and post-production. With hands-on activities, practical exercises, and collaborative projects, teens will develop essential skills in cinematography, editing, sound design, and more.
This isn't just a bootcamp; it's a launchpad for aspiring filmmakers to explore their talents, build a portfolio, and forge lasting connections with like-minded peers. Supplies: Students must have their own laptops for editing. If needed, video cameras will be provided but students can bring their own for individual use. Other supplies and materials will be provided.
Teen Intensive: Clay Lab (13-17 Yrs)
Explore the art and craft of clay in this week-long, 3-hour-per-day hybrid handbuilding and wheel-throwing program designed for teens. Each day, participants rotate between handbuilding projects—including coil pots, slab tiles, and sculptural forms—and wheel throwing, learning to center, pull walls, and shape bowls, cylinders, and mugs. Off-wheel stations provide opportunities to refine techniques, experiment with textures, and sketch design ideas.
Campers personalize their creations with handles, lids, attachments, and decorative carving, developing technical skills, creative problem-solving, and personal style in a supportive studio environment. Guided demos, group discussions, and reflection periods help teens track their progress and share inspiration. By the end of the summer, participants will have a collection of finished, fired, and glazed pieces.
Teen Intensive: Drawing (13-17 Yrs)
This intensive is for teens looking to dive into the art of Drawing! Every afternoon, you will learn basic techniques through various drawing exercises. At the end of the week, you will leave with new skills and incredible artworks! This is a great way to share your interest in drawing with your peers and learn someething new!
