Nicole has been creating in various mediums since childhood. As an adult Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design was a natural choice for post secondary schooling. Since then she has owned her own cake design company, where she specialized in hand painted sculptural cakes. Nicole’s niche market was with the Indo-Canadian community where she created Mehndi inspired cakes. She and her husband have written and illustrated a children’s book titled “The Nana Scrolls – Adventures of Vita-Man C & The Mitt Ninja”, in which she was a co-author and colorist. In 2015 Nicole won two different awards for her “Little Black Dress” in the Port Moody Wearable Arts fashion competition. Nicole infuses her creativity into her “work” as a hair stylist within her salon.
