I was born and grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where, for over thirty-years have sketched, painted and instructed classes involving the beauty here on our west coast. Birds, waterfowl, snowy alpine peaks, woodlands
and many other natural subjects are the usual themes of my work. Light, colour and strong composition are important elements found in my paintings. I am a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, the South Surrey White Rock Art Society, the Colored Pencil Society of America and have Master status with the Drawing Society of Canada.
I have completed commissioned work for the B C Lions Society/Canucks for Kids, the Rotary Club and Hollywood North. My paintings and drawings have won many awards with different organizations and competitions.
