As a lifelong seamstress, now in the retirement part of my life, I find myself stretching the boundaries of sewing to create quality, one-of-a-kind fibre art gifts. Colour is important to me, but equally so are balanced composition, fine detail and originality. I love to try new embellishment techniques using yarn, embroidery thread, tulle, buttons, beads and ribbon. When I sit down to create, I never really know what will flow from my imagination that day. My hope is that the results will delight others, bringing enjoyment and pleasure of ownership to those who give my art a new home.
