Exhibition Installation-Volunteers assist the Gallery Manager with setting up and taking down the exhibition approximately every six to eight weeks according to the schedule, which is available upon request. Training can be provided if no prior experience in gallery installations.

Gallery Opening Receptions-Gallery Openings are fun and exciting evenings where the public comes to view the new exhibits for the first time, often in the presence of the exhibiting artists. Those scheduled for Gallery Openings Receptions can expect to greet visitors at the door, plate and set out food and beverages, and tend to the bar. Those assisting with food plating will require Food Safe, and those tending the bar will require Serving It Right.

Special Events and Fundraisers- Reception and event volunteers help to set-up, serve food and drinks and greet guests. Volunteers must be able to work independently and with limited supervision. Food Safe and Serving It Right are assets but not required. We have a variety of events coming up throughout the year including Open Houses, Culture Days, Girls Night Out, and Youth Arts Festival.
